Where do you ship?
We ship to the US, Canada and the UK. See our Shipping Policy for more details.
Where is my order shipped from?
Every order is shipped from our warehouse in Missouri, USA.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is free to the mainland US, Canada and the UK. Standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and other non-mainland US addresses is $24.95.
At checkout you can also choose shipping with tracking and insurance, or priority processing.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 business day and usually leave our Missouri warehouse within 1–2 business days after that. Once shipped, delivery takes:
- Mainland US: 3–5 business days
- Alaska, Hawaii and other non-mainland US: 4–7 business days
- Canada: 3–6 business days
- United Kingdom: 3–6 business days
How do I track my order?
We’ll email you as soon as your order ships. If you chose shipping with tracking at checkout, that email includes your tracking link. Tracking can take a few business days to start updating.
Will I pay customs or import duties?
Not on US orders. Every US order ships from our warehouse in Missouri, so there are no customs fees, import duties or unexpected charges when it arrives.
What if my order doesn’t arrive on time?
First, check your tracking link if you have one. If there’s no update, or your order is later than the delivery times above, contact us and we’ll look into it for you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can change or cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been processed yet, so please contact us as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed or shipped we can no longer change it, but you can still return it once it arrives.
Orders & Products
What leather do you use?
Our bags are made from full grain French bovine leather, vegetable tanned at MPG Conceria, a family-run tannery in Tuscany founded in 1963. The leather is certified by the Italian Vegetable-Tanned Leather Consortium, and the tannery holds a Leather Working Group Gold rating.
Will my bag change over time?
Yes, in the best way. Vegetable-tanned leather deepens in colour and develops its own patina as you use it, so no two bags age exactly alike.
How do I care for my leather goods?
Keep your leather dry, away from direct heat and sunlight, and never use chemical cleaners. For the best results, we recommend treating your leather with our Leather Care Kit every three months. Our leather care guide walks you through each step.
I entered the wrong address. Can you change it?
Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been processed yet. Please contact us as soon as possible with the correct address.
Do you provide monogramming services on your bags?
At this time, we do not provide monogramming or embossing services on any bags in our stock. However, we do recommend taking any of our bags to your local engraver for monogramming services.

Can I place a large order for my company?

What is your returns policy?
You can return your order within 30 days of placing it. Items must be unused, in the condition you received them and in their original packaging. To start a return, contact us and we’ll send you the next steps. Read our full refund policy.
Can I return a sale item?
Only full-price items can be refunded. Sale items can’t be returned for a refund.
